Lake Associates' aim is to exceed our clients' expectations. We offer strengths in design, monitoring, and achieving cost-efficient solutions. Detailed client dialogue is key to a project's success from brief and feasibility through to completion and handover. Lake Associates deploy a range of experienced skilled professional staff (architects, building surveyors, engineers) ensuring our clients' goals are achieved.

Green design is not only an ecological imperative in the 21st century, but is now core to current and forthcoming legislation. Moreover, it has a direct impact on both operational and capital project costs. We are able to evaluate design options to ensure the desired brief is achieved and whole life costs and environmental impacts are considered as part of the design process.
