Lake Associates' broad range of experience and knowledge of the building industry provides us with the credentials to demonstrate to employers our competence to act as CDM Co-ordinator in compliance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.

Lake Associates' pre-qualifying methods offer vetting of both consultants and contractors as to their suitability to undertake respective roles of Designer or Principal Contractor as defined within the Regulations.

Health and Safety File preparation should be concise yet comprehensive, easy to access and relevant to the needs of those maintaining and working on the building in the future. We are increasingly moving towards creation of electronic format files which are more readily accessed or duplicated should the original be mislaid.

Our designers are well versed in their statutory obligations and develop designs hand in hand with assessing and reducing/designing-out health and safety risks.
